This Privacy Policy explains what information Join the Insurgence ("we," "us," "our") collects through jointheinsurgence.com (the "Site"), and how we use it.

We never collect payment card details — payment for classes is handled directly between you and us (Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Cash), not through the Site. We don't use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or any form of behavioral tracking.
To create and manage your account, process your bookings, apply account credit, follow up about payment or your reservation, and respond to retreat interest requests. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Account and booking data is stored using Google's Firebase platform (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to the business owner/administrator. The Site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, and a retreat video is embedded via YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) embed mode.
The Site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your sound preference and to show the class schedule instantly on repeat visits — this data stays on your device and isn't transmitted to us.
We keep account and booking records for as long as needed to run the business and maintain accurate records (for example, credit history and attendance). Contact us to ask what we have on file, correct it, or request deletion — we handle these requests manually.
The Site is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian create the account and complete the waiver with you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
